On December 2, the AES libraries, in collaboration with the Liferarian Association (a group of Indian librarians from IB, International, and Indian curricula schools), hosted a library conference on AES's campus with over 80 librarians and 12 vendors in attendance. #AESDelhi

March is Women's History Month. New display in our reception area. Particularly love the board book biographies from adidevpress on famous Indian women in sports and science

One of the hardest things as an Int. School librarian is acquiring new books in world languages. Some of our teachers recently attended a conference in Saudi Arabia, so was able to order some books for them to bring back for our Arabic speakers 🥳bit.ly/3TftZWx

The best thing about holidays, time to read and visit bookshops! Loved exploring the children’s section of The Bookstore in Kilkenny and even though books are more expensive in Ireland than England, had to pick up a couple of new releases for summer reading and for the library.

The Houdini Inheritance proved to be a magical and enthralling ride - would you expect anything less from the UK’s Queen of Historical Fiction @emcarrollauthor It’s an unstoppable rollercoaster of a ride that I could not put down with bags of action, twists and turns!

The latest Gordon korman book is a page turner that Upper elementary/primary kids will love. Trey's Dad is a con-man. Trey makes friends with all the rich kids and then his Dad cons them. A fast paced story that Korman fans will devour. Our 4/5th graders LOVE Korman's books.
