Today was Bridge to Unity CIO first Job Connect event. Through our network of contacts across multiple sectors, we aim to connect individuals from Ukraine with prospective employers. A privilege to be trusted and involved in their resettlement process and onward journeys.

3/10 - makes for a disappointing read Dissertation submitted! One more assignment, one more exam, one more clinical skill to be signed off, and what feels like a thousand more hours of placement to go..and then my second degree will be complete and I’ll be a Registered Nurse!

Congratulations to all winners and nominees today at the #SNTA. You are all incredible! Gutted to miss it, but thank you Bridge to Unity CIO and Caroline Dinenage MP for inviting me to the Houses of Parliament this afternoon ♥️

Despite the rainy weather, Bridge to Unity CIO had an incredible turn out and were able to collect so much litter from the beach. It was heartwarming to see people come together to make a positive impact on our environment. A big thank you to all the volunteers who made it happen!

I’m so proud at how many turned up yesterday and not only how we brought charities together, but businesses and of course people! Count was nearly 100 and everyone said how well organised it was and how much they enjoyed it 😃

Bumping into Aoife today - what a highlight! We’ve been speaking for a while now about newly-qualified roles at University Hospitals Sussex which I’m looking forward to experiencing for myself in just a few months!

Addressing the mental health of nurses is vital, and let’s encompass student nurses MH too. By prioritising this and addressing the specific challenges they face during their training, we can empower them to deliver optimal care while safeguarding their own wellbeing #RCN23
