Really enjoyed that today.. great to be back racing after injury. Can look forward to London Marathon now. Running Commentary. The Big Half is such a great event.

2nd 🥈 Place at South Downs Way 50 on the weekend.. first 50 miler so PB 😊 what a race! Battling it out with the other runners was a privilege and the support centurionrunning give you throughout was incredible.. thank you for an unforgettable day. Running Commentary

1st place at Race to the King yesterday.. my first 100km race and managed to break the course record by 2hours! What a race with an incredible course taking in so many different terrains and beautiful landscapes.. Thanks @thresholdtrails for putting on an epic event.. Running Commentary

Amazing day yesterday hanging out with the Princess!! She came to our Dadvengers . We talked about mental health in Dads and the role we play in early development.. and running of course 😉thanks to Nigel Clarke legend. Brilliant 🤩

First run back today after first unenforced break for 5 years! I needed it.. wanted it.. after the dream of a bronze medal in the British Masters International and Wales v England race M40… it was time to test. Back now chomping at the bit!! Running Commentary
