UPDATE - vehicle; Black Ford F-150 Ontario Licence plate AY70909. Vehicle seen travelling at excessive speeds. Vehicle has struck multiple vehicles & structures. Driver expected to be aggressive & is actively evading police. Anyone w info on vehicle asked to call 9-1-1.
