The CAII crew learned a how to make a pizza 100% from scratch. They made the dough, learned how to make/stretch home made mozzarella as well as crafted a fresh pizza sauce from tomatoes, basil, garlic and onions! Delish🤩

Stocks & Soup: the crew practiced how to make a fresh stock. They learned how controlling the ingredients can produce a higher quality product. It's a bit of a process but worth it in the end...their soups were amazing! Liberty High School

Creme brulee!!! The crew learned what it takes to perfect custard and saw how the sugar crust was made. We also discussed contrasting textures and how it enhances a dish. Liberty High School

Pasta dough and shaping! What fun. The crew really enjoyed trying to shape their favorite pasta. Liberty High School

Pulling it all together with a fresh simmered red sauce. To concasse or not to concasse that was the question? Few students stood by leaving the skin on. Smooth or chunky, I dislike the texture of the skin in a sauce. (In the end, they all jumped ship to my no skin side 😉)

DUMPLING DAY! The crew had guests join us in the lab, Mr. And Mrs. Park! They walked us through authentic Korean dumplings. My crew was beyond excited, such a great day. Liberty High School

Administrative Assistant Appreciation day luncheon: we couldn't do it without you! CA II created chicken cordon bleu, roasted asparagus and crème brûlée . Delish. Liberty High School

TEACHER APPRECIATION WEEK!!! CA2 brought Liberty to Asia with fresh shrimp/chicken spring rice rolls 2 dipping sauces, homemade cinnamon/ginger tea and Pocky sticks. These kids worked hard to show their love and appreciation!! Liberty High School
