That $706,000 that Salisbury Twp. SD pays for non public and charter transportation could bring SEVEN teachers in for their students. #FundOurSchoolsPA

25% of Salisbury Twp. SD population is special education. The state average is 18%. They are significantly over that % and are seeing students with more complex needs and are being required to open additional programs to support those students. #FundOurSchoolsPA

This is absolutely one of the public education mandates that doesn’t get talked about enough. If we didn’t have to transport to 40 other buildings we would have $700k more in our budget.
