Tomorrow we get the rematch against Invicta Sunday to see if we’ve improved since the opening game which we lost 4-1. Maidstone & Mid Kent Sunday Football League as always in this league it’s going to be a tough one.

A good game today where we scored straight after kick off and we won 5-1 against Invicta Sunday Maidstone & Mid Kent Sunday Football League hope this gets our season going again.

Today we didn’t get out the starters gate and lost 3-0 to Park Royal reserves. One to learn from and move on Maidstone & Mid Kent Sunday Football League onto the cup next week………

So tomorrow we go into our first cup game this season against Maidstone & Mid Kent Sunday Football League @blues_mensFC from the division above. And at 11am - lest we forget and pay our respects to those who have fallen for us with a 2 minute silence.

So it looks like at present our first game of 2022 is 16th Jan………

So a 5-1 loss today against Invicta Rangers. 12 man squad then 2 injuries with one off to the hospital. Lads gave 100%.

And just like that Leybourne Chase FC is no more. It was fun in the beginning but trying to get players available for matches due to commitments and injuries made it hard to continue. Good luck to the others in the league it’s been a pleasure.

So Sundays have now become free as teams folded. If anyone knows of any teams looking for players please let us know as I’m not giving up yet.

Still on the look out for a club to keep the old legs going. Comes with a ladder to do the nets 👍🏻
