The Women’s 800 also brought a lot of excitement as frosh Haley Makowski nearly pulls out the win in a close runner-up battle. Angel Gregory finished just outside of scoring and Emma Bowling runs a season best! #FCTF #TeamGriz

In the Men’s 4X4, the quartet of Heading, Paddock, Cochrane, and Wilburn run a big season best of 3:33.42 to place 3rd and slip onto the podium. This mark brings them all the way up to a tie for #4 on the all-time indoor list! #FCTF #TeamGriz

Closing out the day, the Women’s 4X4 squad of Desenberg, Makowski, Watson, and Gregory finish 4th in a season best time of 4:29.24! #FCTF #TeamGriz
