Accidentally missed my bedtime. decided to listen to Andrew D. Huberman, Ph.D. episode on sleep. Now it’s nearly 4am, just 2 hrs until wake up time 🤦🏿‍♂️

a year with the Kinesis Keyboards advantage2 keyboard and I've doubled my typing speed, approaching triple digit wpm. but now I can't type on a normal layout keyboard. keyboard lock-in is a thing.
