Today marks 115 years since 146 people lost their lives in the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory fire. The victims were mostly young immigrant women who came to New York seeking a better life. In their memory and for all workers, we continue the fight for workers' rights today.

This Equal Pay Day, I joined labor and community leaders to rally for equal pay for women across our country.  The pay gap is real and it's impacting women everywhere, especially BIPOC women. This must change.    I'll keep fighting until all women get equal pay for equal work.
