We are putting to high a premium on offensive skills. I would rather have a player that had a 11ppg, 5rebs, 4asst and guarded multiple positions then someone who has 19ppg and does nothing else. Teaching a more skilled overall player used to be the battle cry.

SHOW OUT AT THE SHOWDOWN🏀💯🔥 Niles Washington 6'1", Barstow HS, SG, 23' is a quick slashing guard. He can get up court with ease. He is a great on ball defender who loves to take on the opposition best player.

Call and check up on your friends and family, no matter how good they seem. If you are having issues, open up and talk about them. And most of all, be kind.

Get to practice 30 minutes early this week & get a workout in. Only work on skills that you are absolutely terrible at. Stay after practice for 30 minutes & work on the skill you are elite at. Watch film to take a dive into your defense all week. Easy way to get better this week!
