Tarik O'Hagan delivered a bombshell, having not put over 20m (6kg) before, as he put PBs of 20.30 at his first and 20.73 at his fourth, all his valid five efforts over that barrier, for a startling first US individual gold in the men's SP in Cali.

And your 2024 NCAA shot put champ is Tarik Robinson-O'Hagan of Ole Miss. Woonsocket High grad hit 68 feet, 6 inches on his final throw with the competition already won. The dude is just incredible. He swept indoor and outdoor shot.
