I’ve become slightly obsessed with vitamin B12. Many people (especially older folk) are likely to be deficient, with a particular (but not exclusive) risk for those with vegetarian or vegan diets. So I’ve done a little research into good, cheap and accessible sources.

~ Use narrative manipulation to divide the population into a roughly 50/50 ideological split. ~ Ensure you control both of those factions. ~ Convince everyone that the only reason nothing changes is because their half of the population doesn't win enough elections.

To those who think it's OK to sabotage boats in the Channel or send deeply traumatised people to Rwanda against their will, it's worth asking if they felt the same five years ago, and if they'd have been prepared to say so out loud. THREAD
