Delighted to see my ‘Letter to the Editor’ (with John Martin) published in response to a recent article in The Times and The Sunday Times about chicken welfare post Brexit. It builds on our previous work for History & Policy & is part of my ongoing @PoultryClubofGB Fellowship The Museum of English Rural Life.
