The whole “it takes 21 days to form a new habit”… is false. the data say 7 to 200+ days. Even with consistency. Depends much on how well you manage what I call limbic friction (not a technical term). The solution is easy. Explained here. 30 min episode.

I mainly use Grok 4.1 Fast for speed-focused tasks and Gemini 3 Pro when I need deeper reasoning. The other models are just for using up leftover credits.

I notice the same pattern while vibe coding. When a model encounters a problem over and over again but still can’t fix it, I said “wtf is this stupid error, find the f**king root cause and give me a systematic fix”. Then it worked very well moving forward.
