Total dissatisfaction with the Makro South Africa Online shopping turnaround time & the lack of assistance from their call centre. If an order is expected on a certain day, surely the online department should be doing something to ensure the provider adheres to that. #Unhappycustomer 😡

Week 2 and Makro South Africa has not delivered my product. I've called the call centre and the supplier directly. The supplier has not even received the order from Makro but they have the product in stock. Pillar to post, escalation to escalation but still nothing.
Son of a Manyika Makro South Africa I have a friend who sells on the Makro platform and they are always frustrated by the system. It simply doesn't work for the sellers nor their customers. Hopefully it's resolved though.
