Im on 600 cal daily rn but im worried about not getting the right vitamins n stuff. For reference yesterday I had an ice cream (>200kal) for lunch and 1 mcplant (429kal) for dinner which obv isnt nutritionally dense but i wanted a treat. What supplements should i be taking?
