Struggling on the 1st hole Thursday is a Tiger-winning-a-Major tradition! Wouldn't want it any other way... The grind is on!!

Woods is so tactical and his course knowledge/execution on display already - just playing to the perfect spots. I joked before his 12 footer for par on 1 that he doesn't even need to bend down to read the greens.. he could close his eyes and know what that putt does.

Was pretty surprised we didn’t see him this week. When he said his schedule will likely consist of “Majors plus a couple more” from here-on-out, I thought Genesis>Players>4 Majors fit perfectly—a tournament essentially in the middle of every month from Feb-July.

Watching the 2019 Masters replay (a new yearly tradition) and one minor gripe I have for CBS Sports: the old side camera angle on 9 was SO much better than the new angle directly behind the green. This view of Woods’ incredible putt captures the green’s severity so much better.
