How I got an interview once: 1. Found manager on LinkedIn 2. Dialed company phone number 3. Asked to speak to manager (β€œyes, he’s expecting my call”) 4. Told manager I was interested and that I would stop by in 30 mins to say hi Skip the application. Just pick up the phone.
