Dak is ready for football season

Being a student pastor is hard. Most work long hours for modest pay. Church members can be mean. But it’s so worth it when you see teenagers growing up in the faith! “During all our suffering we have been greatly encouraged about you because of your faith” (1 Thess 3:7).

There is a lot of talk about having a heart for ministry, but we also need a spine for ministry too. Be loving. Be courageous.

The other eleven disciples didn't completely reject the faith, and stop believing in Jesus for the rest of their life, because of the actions of Judas. If the actions of others wreck your faith, then you must honestly ask yourself, "Was I worshiping Jesus or people?"
