So this morning @OpenreachHelp inadvertently cut my internet off and I won’t get it back for a minimum of 5 working days. I’m studying for a degree from home and now I can’t watch my lectures. Oh and my first exam is in a few weeks.

Day 11 since @OpenreachHelp cut my internet cable. Still not fixed. Still zero contact. Still zero apologies. Zero sympathy. Can you pay for my data? Or can you refund me for the time I don’t have internet… that I’m paying for?
