Today my amazing cousin ran his 4th & final 56km ultramarathon in aid of his dad, my uncle who passed away earlier this year after a lifelong struggle with alcoholism. #lufc let him finish his final run at the stadium today. He was 56 years young. Any donations appreciated 💙

Very sorry to hear Terry Venables has passed away. He was a great man and a great manager and I will always be grateful for the belief he had to put me into his team at only 16 years of age. RIP Terry ❤️
