In all the sturm und drang about private credit illiquidity, people forget that it was also sold as safe. Front and center of all the marketing was very low default rates. To me that was more misleading than the “semi-liquid” fund structure.

I think it’s TACO too but the pain trade is definitely semiconductors down.
