Pushed myself well out of my comfort zone yesterday. A 5K Spartan Sprint, that’s a mud-caked 5K with over 500m of elevation gain interspersed w/ 20 obstacles: various climbs, carries and crawls.. all this less than 2 weeks away from my 57th rotation around the Sun! 💪💪
