"Sing aloud, O daughter of Zion; shout, O Israel! Rejoice and exult with all your heart! O daughter of Jerusalem! Yahweh has taken away the judgments against you; he has cleared away your enemies. The King of Israel, Yahweh, is in your midst; you shall never again fear evil."

A friend asked me why I didn’t come to his birthday party. I told him I celebrated his birthday by staying home and opening presents for myself. 😉

“For at that time I will change the speech of the peoples to a pure speech, that all of them may call upon the name of the Lord and serve him with one accord. From beyond the rivers of Cush my worshipers, the daughter of my dispersed ones, shall bring my offering." - Zeph. 3:9-10

Toby Logsdon My wife used to be a bank teller. They trained tellers to spot counterfeits by studying the authentic bills. That is how you spot heresy. Know the Biblical truths and it makes it easy to spot error.

Jesus is still human. He still has a human body, human nature, human mind, human will, and human attributes. He is still material, embodied, mutable, passible, compounded, and finite according to His humanity (while being the negation according to His divinity). This is good.

Keller is a brother, and has left behind friends, family, a church, and others. Critiques can be made - everyone knows I have my own - but now is not the time to shout those from the rooftops. Celebrate the good, mourn with those who mourn, and praise God for the resurrection.

The Church should be the first place where people forgive one another for disagreements over COVID. Christ has forgiven us for things which are ongoing - and even for sins which we don’t recognize. We have no right to maintain bitterness and unforgiveness toward one another.

1. Mary very likely had relations with Joseph after the birth of Jesus. If she did not, it was sinful, and the Scriptures did not feel the need to clarify this. 2. There is a way to express this idea without violating Ephesians 5:4 and sinning against Mary.

At the risk of being blunt, you have to be especially historically illiterate to think Christianity borrowed doctrines from the worship of Quetzalcoatl or Genghis Khan.

“Apostolic sign gifts have ceased,” is cessationism. “Miracles and spiritual gifts have ceased,” and, “angels and demons don’t interact with mankind,” is Naturalism.

Finished a rough draft of a translation of saintly Cardinal Seripando's tract on justification given and defended by him at the Council of Trent. What a glorious event, that even in the Tridentine halls God did not withdraw his live saving gospel. Amazing! ⬇️ ‼️
