How does your lighting work? I may be able to give you a few tips

So the lighting comes from outside your body, correct?

I have two suggestions, I don’t know if the first will work Try conducting the lighting through your body, instead of fighting it, if you allow it to go in a natural path it should allow you to control it easier Or, coat the lighting around you to increase your speed

Then use your sword as the conductor Channel it through the sword and into the ground, causing a large area of lighting Call it… Thunder god style: goddess roar of earth and heaven
