Horror medical billing story. If this can happen to a former Surgeon General, it can happen to you too. “I'm a Former Surgeon General and I Couldn't Believe My $10k Medical Bill” by Jerome Adams medpagetoday.com/opinion/second…

Jonathan Zuckerman MD PhD Grace L. Malvar, MD Can’t stress enough how important a good comment is… we spend a LOT of time crafting these and it’s often the most important part of the report. I call it the “Triple A”: Accurate; Adequate (concise, to the point); ACTIONABLE (most important, will it help guide management).

Congratulations to Sunisa lee for winning multiple medals at the Olympics! You showed the world that kidney disease doesn't have to define you and won't hold you back. 🏅 #Paris2024

Today was my last day on service at Mayo. This microscope stage, worn smooth by 18 years of slides, bears witness to my career so far. I’m reminded of Dr. Scully’s microscope at MGH—worn from so many cases that shaped his expertise. Grateful for all I’ve learned! #renalpath
