Difficult but important read. How often we hear 'Safeguarding' and 'Risk' and not 'rights' and 'wishes and feelings' - is it NECESSARY is it PROPORTIONATE? We are often pulled towards the 'safest' option, making decisions in organisational and reputational best interests.
