How the customer understand MVP.... Must have + deadline + define scope(which's everything) + full UML documentation + signoff by senior mgrs before start implementing it Not necessarily to have - talking to the user or discovery - user feedback - iteration for improvement 😡🤬

I really like your product strategy series...! It validates everything that I have been trying to do. I still have so much to learn from you! Thank you so much for sharing!

Thanks to everyone for the interest in the series on OKR's; the amount of confusion and noise out there on this technique is remarkable. I have just published the next in the series: svpg.com/team-objective…

Hi Wayfair.com...I have been waiting on the call for an hour..is there anyone there or should I try tomorrow? Just want to update my delivery address so that FedEx is not going to waste their trip to the wrong addresses.

Is it a common practice for more than 5 different teams with five different products using 5 different scrum boards in one project on Jira? Atlassian Jira

Hi everyone, I have been made redundant and so am looking for a new PT (4 days), remote (AU timezone) product leadership role. I love being a hands on PM/PO. Been doing this stuff for a long time and am pretty good at it. 🙂 Would appreciate any leads or RTs for exposure. Thanks!
