My 70 year old mother in law stuck in Italy due to the pandemic and Air Transat is charging an extra $500 to get her home during a pandemic! You were BAILED OUT! This is completely unethical SHAME ON YOU!
Trying to get my 70 year old mother in law home, Air Transat is lying and telling us that they are unable help waive her $500 fee because @ExpediaCA booked the flight. People already struggling b/c of the pandemic and they are charging more for tickets to return home.Unethical!
If Air Transat has kept your money or is/has charged you more money to return home after COVID flight cxl Google AirHelp and the class action law suit on facebook.We need to fight back against corporations who are feeding off of people's misfortunes.Their actions are deplorable!
Update on Air Transat we decided to accept the extra fee (dealing w that later)for rebooking our senior mother's trip home after being stuck there because of the pandemic. They now cancelled the flight added the $500 extra that we paid as a credit and are refusing to refund us.
