Collins Football History: The Titans finished the 2013 season as the Class 4A State Champions, defeating Highlands in one of the all-time great games in KHSAA history 37-34. The Titans were led by Lawson Page the Class 4A player of the year, who went on to star for Morehead State Football

Collins Football History: Blanton Creque Blanton Creque High School: He was 3-year starter at kicker/punter, he scored 245 pts, booted 81 touchbacks and was 1st team all-state his Jr & Sr years. He made 21 career FG (long of 48) and made a 37 yard FG in the state championship game.

That team was full of leaders who all had the same goal. Blessed to have been able to play with this senior class. What a special year!
