Totally agree. In some cities where pollution is serious during winter because people use coat to make heat and keep warm, more children get sick and queue outside the hospital.

it is an interesting point. Actually, many taxi spare parts in Hong Kong are second hand parts shipped from Japan because Japan has much stricter rules on the miles of taxi.
