Jennifer Champion Over 2 decades for us....let the vetted companies apply first with vetted returning workers. Everything after that should be a lottery.

Kweisi Mfume Dutch Ruppersberger Rep. Jamie Raskin Seasonal employers in your Districts have been asking for #h2b reform for 10 years. If regular businesses can't find labor, imagen being seasonal. Please stop with the politics and cosponsor #HR3897. The time is NOW!

Sam Peak Would love someone to interview our workers. They’ve been returning for 10+ years. They are like family. We have changed their lives. They’ve asked me to come to Mexico to be the best man in their weddings. A few bad apple companies make us all look bad. It’s sad. #saveh2b

I want #caprelief as quick as possible...but not before my Group D-F clients get their DOL certs! #h2blawyer #catch22 #h2b

I'd love for ALL #h2b employers who missed the 33,000 to have an equal shot at the #caprelief - not just those who were randomly placed in better Groups in January. #h2blawyer

With no #h2b help, I am forced to work 7 days a week to keep our family company going. My 1 year old has to visit at work to see me. No way for my team and I to live. That's my dad behind me at 70 in a wheelchair working everyday while we wait for visa relief. Mpume Meyiwa ARCHIVED: Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas

Pinnacle Lawn Care & Outdoor Aesthetics, LLC I have no doubt that if #h2breform was done properly, that seasonal businesses would thrive. Backlog would decrease rapidly. Every company would be able to aggressively bid/accept contracts, and scale businesses that have been stifled for years due to a lack of consistent labor.

Missed business opportunities that are not pursued due to lack of labor is a pretty tough thing to show as evidence for #h2b. But it's a clear reality that ALL #h2b companies deal with. #h2breform

A sad reality is the contract roulette that happens once you do not have your workers. Additional visas are always too little too late. Companies limit pursuit of clients to avoid tarnishing their name if they don’t win a lottery. Then repeat the next year. Every year.

Imagine proving that you need 50 extra landscapers starting April 1. Imagine how much work 50 workers do each day. Now imagine not having any of those workers until July - how much work can't be done? Unfortunately this is REALITY for so many companies across the country #h2b

Seasonal Employment Alliance Rep. Andy Harris, MD Secretary Marty Walsh I think we are all in agreement, why do the visa process twice a year. its a simple solution, returning working exemption and lottery for the balance. Year after year, vetted visas come, work, pay taxes, contribute to our economy and go home. Vetted companies and visas first.

At this point is there any question as to whether the govt wants to fix the h2b system or they use it as tool to further their own agendas. They have no desire to fix this. Even simple concepts as returning workers now goes into another money grab.#votethemalloutandstartover
