Awesome first-ever @Aus_Hearing video follow up clinic today for remote community children who’ve just got their first hearing aids. Kortisha is rocking her hearing headband, wears it all day. Mum Malvina sees a big difference. Health Worker Andrea helped made it all happen!

Applaud 👏🏽👏🏽. The age group that must be focussed on is 2-4 yr olds. Ear disease starts in the first year of life, & becomes chronic by 2 yrs. In the NT, the age group with the greatest burden of hearing loss are 2-3 yr olds. Also the critical speech & language years.
