Why do my night shifts always end up like this 🙃🙃🙃

just found some old videos of my Great Nan and got to listen to her voice and her laugh again 💔 oh what I would do to hear that in person again but I am SO lucky to have them. 7 years ago today we lost her and it doesn't get easier

From my understanding it is down to each health board on whether they decide to cancel surgeries/cancer services. I know Monday is going ahead as normal for us.

I am so tired all of the time and my next week off isn't until end of Nov 😭😭
