Change is possible but it’s harder than we want and longer than we expect.

God alone can fulfill his purpose for you. He alone knows what he planted your life in this generation to accomplish. This I can tell you. It is good. It means something. Something eternal. You are not the exception to his grace & goodness. Live as one loved & planned for today.

If your hope is in Jesus, nobody can take your hope from you. I have lived no few years and through no few storms and I know no other anchor. I know no other Savior. No other so faithful. No other who never runs low on love. There is only Jesus. But there is all of Jesus.

In an autoimmune disease, our immune system attacks our own healthy cells. In the body of Christ in the US, we are so inward-looking that we sometimes waste our efforts attacking one another instead of promoting Christ.

I am beginning to think that the clue to fasting as gospel is Matthew 6:1-18. Keep one's fasting between oneself and the Lord. When it is touted by those who are doing it, it becomes too much like vain Works.
