I haven’t tweeted in 4 years but Ticketmaster you are utter garbage and ruined this for all Taylor Swift fans. I’ve been at this for 7 hrs and will get nothing.

I was in the waiting room at 9:30, queue at 10, waited almost 3 hrs for the unpause, spent 3 more hrs in line. Got kicked out 2 times and sent back in line, 15 error messages, and 9 hrs later I got nothing. Thanks a lot Ticketmaster. Taylor Swift
