I made a new table of authors up to August 2016 cited in HCA judgments to account for double ups. Results: 47 authors deceased, 70 alive, 6 unknown. 119 male authors, 3 female authors and 1 unknown. 35 out of the 123 authors teach or studied at Oxbridge.
