So excited and honoured to be the keynote speaker at Lakefield’s historic Christ Church AGM this year Lakefield ON. I will be speaking about my upcoming book on Catharine Parr Traill, the importance of stewardship and community on the local and global level.

This week, the KPRDSB Virtual School has been meeting by grade to discuss mental health, transitions, & utilizing a growth mindset to ride the waves of life’s challenges. The student discussion was rich & a great reminder of just how bright and intuitive our teenagers are!

Today is International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia. As we join this worldwide celebration of gender diversity, we continue our work in combatting all forms of discrimination and creating safe and inclusive spaces for everyone.
