May juiciness flow through us, may we hold it lightly whilst honoring it deeply.

when I feel unseen, I ask myself three questions: 1. “where am I not seeing myself?” 2. “where have I not been seeing myself?” 3. “where have I been giving too much of myself at the expense of my own needs? where in my life do I need to receive more to make the balance right?”
