I left something on a plane (that’s 100% my fault) & realized it while waiting for my luggage. It was put in the customer service office. There is apparently only 1 person at the CVG Airport that can access that office. And I have to wait an hour since she is too busy to get it.

Update: I waited until she was “free” at 3:30. She then left to get it. It was returned to me at 4:40. Two hours waiting for my item to be returned. Two hours. And no one cared at all. Pitiful and ridiculous. Do better CVG Airport

Man, DeMarini and their warranty process is SLOW. 6 days for bat to get to warehouse. 3 days for inspection. 2 days for replacement email. 5-8 days for replacement to be shipped. 2 days for shipment. And it’s not the right size bc it would be late July before that was available.
