OK FUN FACT TIME. Safety regulations require that a vehicles brakes must be able to bring a road going motor vehicle from 60mph to a dead stop whilst the throttle is held wide open at 100%. So basically, all of these runaway vehicle stories are bs. Just use the brake pedal.
