Tabar Laszlo I love the academic discussion! The #breastimager felt the calcs were really subtle and worried that the stereo bx would be difficult to perform. Her suspicion based on these images was relatively low and she was considering BI-RADS 3, follow-up. What do you think about that?

My patient centered opinion is that one should never "follow" a lesion without knowing the histologic diagnosis. Without that, the 6-mo f/up is the tool of the less knowledgeable radiologist who does not take responsibility for working up the screening finding. Think of the woman
