Some problems with the bot that handles deactivation, tweet format changes, and pings. Working on it.

Bot for deactivate, tweet format, and ping should be working now. Running every 15 minutes. Will process missed messages later. g'night!

Due 2 the problems twitter has been having, we r mostly down. Some tweets are getting generated, but most are failing. Should be back soon?
