those 5 years that one direction was together, felt like the longest 5 years of my life. the excitement of getting home and logging in just to see what they were up to, the back to back events they were at that always provided new content, it just.. was so much fun as a fan

It's terrifying. We are mourning Liam that's been a part of our lives for 14 years but also feeling pain for Louis who lost another family member, Zayn who didn't manage to fully reconnect with L before he was gone, Harry whose words sound like he regrets not saying ILY more and-

Niall who saw him last in person and is probably not finding the right words rn. They should not feel obligated to share their pain with us, but I am so grateful that they shared their love for Liam with us. I hope they take all the time they need to process and grieve. 🙏🏻

I remember coming home from school and the first thing I did was logging into Twitter and checking what I missed. That was me every day for years while 1D were active as a band. They were there for me through my teenage years and genuinely shaped me as a person
