Ran my first 300m of the season and opened up with a PR and school record of a time of 36.53.

After a long day at the Walt Cormack Invitational (VMI) yesterday, I finished with a 6.85 PR in the 55m and a season best 37.96 300m with just my second (55m) and third (300m) race of the season. Next weekend I will be attending St. Christopher’s Inv. in Richmond, Va. (Lane 8)

Big 23.17 PR (Lane 8) following a 23.41 PR last week in the 200m, smooth anchor leg for the 4x100 (White Uni), and a 52.2 split on first leg of the 4x400 (Lane 4) to cap off my regular season performance. Heading into Districts next Tuesday ready to compete with the best.

Thankful to have received another Coach’s Choice Award for the outdoor track season. Had a great year with a lot of big personal bests in track. (11.36 100m/23.17 200m/55m School Record 6.83) I also got it done in the classroom bringing my cumulative hs GPA to 4.05.🙏🏾
