There are 100+ Advanced Care Paramedics practicing in Winnipeg. In rural Manitoba, there are NONE. Only empty promises made by the Manitoba Government. Paramedics are no longer willing to spend thousands of dollars to take the Advanced Care Paramedic training. Manitobans deserve better.

Almost a decade ago, a review of Emergency Medical Services in Manitoba was completed. That review recommended that advanced care paramedics be placed on ambulances throughout the province. 10 years later, we still do not have this level of care available to all Manitobans.
