WHAT PART OF LOCKDOWN DO PEOPLE NOT UNDERSTAND?! It doesn't mean drive from Preston to Lancaster to buy a 2nd hand car off the Facebooks & then drive back with no insurance or MOT! It's now been seized & the driver, plus the driver that drove them there have both been fined.
