He thought it was really funny because it was his joke, but come to find that he found it funny too was rewarding. Better than getting his bones broken. Calming down some he wiped away the tears that came from laughing so hard. “Forgive me. That was a disgusting joke.”

“I didn’t mean to set it up that way, but the opportunity was there. Glad you took it well. In all seriousness you don’t have to actually dress up like that.” As entertaining as it would be for him to make that joke over and over it’d get old very fast.
