The best thing about grad admissions this year is seeing how many applicants who use they/them pronouns are being seamlessly referred to as such in letters of recommendation. Way to go letter writers for languaging correctly & way to go students for being out to faculty 🏳️‍⚧️

Mental shift: I’m not behind or unproductive. I’m doing as much as my mind and body are allowing me to do under perpetual stress and fatigue.
